-Representing contractors and subcontractors in court and arbitration proceedings concerning the implementation of building projects, including motorways, power plants, arts facilities and infrastructure projects (including projects based on FIDIC`s conditions of contract) in Poland;
- Acting for a building contractor before common courts in disputes concerning the jurisdiction of an arbitration court and validity of an arbitration clause;
- Representing a consortium of building companies in court proceedings concerning the confirmation of the public entity’s obligation to conclude an agreement with a value exceeding PLN 60 million;
- Acting for a general contractor in litigation in connection with an infringement of the copyright to a building design and acts of unfair competition;
- Representing international entities in enforcement proceedings;
- Representing foreign companies in proceedings before administrative authorities, including the Autonomous Small Claims Appeal Courts, to have building permits, environmental decisions and planning permits declared invalid;
- Advising on court proceedings concerning corporate relationships and in a corporate dispute before a court
- Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts in particular building contracts and subcontracts
Projects:
- Construction of II Metro line in Warsaw – I stage of the execution of Eastern North section from route beyond the station C15 “Dworzec Wileński” to the holding tracks beyond station C18;
- Construction of II Metro Line in Warsaw – I stage of the execution of the Western section - from the tunnel after C9 “Rondo Daszyńskiego” to the holding tracks after C6 station
(Preparation of Execution Design, Safety and Health Protection Plan, AS-built documentation; Operation and Maintenance Manual within the scope referred to in the Functional-Utility Programme (PFU) along with appendices; completing Mining Plan and request for approval thereof submitted to the Contractor by the Employer and obtaining acceptance of the said Plan from the part of proper mining supervising body)
